The 4-20mA Current Loop signals from Field Mounted Transmitters are often required to be isolated prior to connecting to 2-Wire 4-20mA Input modules of PLC/DCS systems. For Redundant systems, the input signal is to be converted into 2 nos. of identical isolated 4-20mA signals. The SIM μ 2.0 Current isolators provide ideal interface options for these applications.
